A typical completion of a move with Relokator involves that the packaging and the labelling system be delivered a week before moving.
On the moving Friday fitters come to wrap elevators, doors, and other exposed areas on the building to avoid damages. Towards the end of the working day the employees begin to pack down their personal belongings. At 5 pm arrive the fitters, removal crew, trucks, and essential moving equipment. During the evening the workstations are dismantled. Cartons and other labelled goods are moved to the new address.
On Saturday the workstations are mounted according to previously prepared furnishing plans. Cartons and other labelled goods are placed next to their respective workstations. PCs and telephones are connected and made ready for use. On Monday the employees come to unpack their belongings and are, after a short period of time, ready for a new working day.
